English: CAMP TAJI, Iraq-To show appreciation for his sacrifices, Col. Douglas Gabram, from Clevland Ohio, commander of the 1st ACB, presents a flag which was flown over Baghdad in an AH-64D Apache attack helicopter, to retired Sgt. Ethan Payton. Payton, along with other wounded servicemembers visited Camp Taji, Iraq, Oct. 13, as a part of Operation Proper Exit. During their visit they got to tour the 1st ACB's aircraft, watch videos and talk to Soldiers. Gabram was in awe of their dedication to their country. |
