Description ARABIAN SEA (April 01, 2014) Chief Quartermaster Daniel Bobier, from Parkersburg, W.V., lowers the prep flag aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Philippine Sea (CG 58). Philippine Sea is deployed as part of the George H.W. Bush Carrier Strike Group in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
