Description
English: Cover of the Soviet Union sent from Smolensk to Moscow on 15 February 1992, the day when the Union of Philatelists of Russia was organized. Stamped envelope with an imprinted definitive stamp of the Soviet Union was used and cancelled with a special postmark dedicated to this event. The letter was also franked with three more definitive stamps of the Soviet Union.
