Description
English: USSR 1961-10-17 4K uprated, stamped envelope of the Soviet Union with a definitive stamp. Sent from Moscow 17.10.1961 to Ivanov Jaroslav, backside Ivanov receiving postmark 25.10.1961. Over franked 2K, rate for domestic airmail was 6K. Price of the envelope 5K.
