English: 150219-N-RB579-081 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 19, 2015) U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Law Enforcement Specialists, U.S. Navy Sailors and Ghanaian service members embarked aboard the Military Sealift Command's joint high-speed vessel USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1) pull alongside a fishing boat to conduct visit, board, search and seizure operations as part of Africa Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership, Feb. 19, 2015. Spearhead is on a scheduled deployment to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of the international collaborative capacity-building program Africa Partnership Station.
