Image title | CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait (Nov 17, 2006)--The 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) recently took possession of the newest production of the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle, the M1114. The M1114 has several upgrades, including an improved suspension system, a turbocharged diesel engine and armor that was made specifically for the vehicle. The 15th MEU (SOC) is currently conducting sustainment training while in U.S. Central Command's area of operation as part of our deployment in the Western Pacific Region.
