English: U.S. Marines and Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force service members fill sandbags to build grenade bunkers for a live-fire range at Bradshaw Field Training Area, Australia, July 18, 2015. The Marines of Fox Company, Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, conducted several days of training with JGSDF personnel as a part of Talisman Sabre 2015. Talisman Sabre is a biennial exercise designed to improve interoperability and build rapport between Australian and U.S. forces.
