Summary

[edit]
Description Lunch menu from the 8 car Twin Cities Zephyr which traveled between Chicago and Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Date Circa December 1936 and 1937, when the these trainsets were new. While Burlington initiated this service in 1935, the first 2 trainsets of 3 cars were not large enough to handle passenger demand. A pair of 8 car trainsets was ordered and went into service in December 1936. The menu back discusses the new 8 car trainsets.
