Description
English: One of two identical Lighter-than-Airship Hangers (more commonly called blimps) built in 1942 on a US military base, now a part of the city of Tustin, CA. They were added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 3, 1975. They were also listed as National Historic Civil Engineering Landmarks by the American Society of Civil Engineers in 1993. Wikipedia discusses these hangars in much more detail in other postings.
