Français : Diagnostic : Grossesse tubaire sans rupture. Histoire : Femme de 22 ans, salpingectomie droite avec appendicectomie complémentaire. Description macroscopie : Trompe de 8 cm de longueur présentant à sa région médiane une dilatation de 2.5 cm de diamètre. À cet endroit, la séreuse a une coloration noirâtre s'étendant sur une longueur de 5 cm. La lumière contient un matériel hémorragique partiellement organisé. Année du prélèvement : 1953.
