Description
Deutsch: Pittoreskes Trockental im Mai, Ringinger Tal. Das Tal ist eine zur Fehla im ca. 75 m tiefer liegenden Ort Burladingen führende, ehemalige Wasserrinne, Mittlere Schwäbische Alb. Hinter dem Betrachter liegen, unmittelbar am Albtrauf, das Dorf Ringingen und die Ebene der Schichtflächenalb. Diese Ebene ist die größte zusammenhängende Schichtfläche der ganzen Alb. Dazu gehören die Ringinger Ebene, das Heufeld, der Härtling Kornbühl, der Ort Salmendingen und das in das Obere Lauchterttal mündende Woogtal.
English: Picturesque dry valley in springtime, typical karst valley on the Swabian Alb. The karstic riverbed runs down to river Fehla in the town Burladingen from 813 m to 744 m. Behind the viewer is the village Ringingen (see the image) and a relatively large Late Jurassic plateau bordered by Ringingen, Heufeld, Kornbühl, Salmendingen and the dry valley Woogtal, which drains to the Lauchert valley.
