Description Vetrata absidale del Duomo di Milano. Una strana rappresentazione della Trinità: Dio Padre (in alto) è normale, lo Spirito Santo (sotto) è al posto giusto ma in forma di aquila coronata (l'aquila imperiale: l'imperatore aveva concesso il titolo ducale ai Visconti) anziché di colomba, e Cristo (più sotto) è in forma di sole raggiante (la razza, simbolo araldico dei Visconti) anziché di uomo. Allo scopo di esaltare la dinastia dei Visconti, insomma, le due persone che sono puro spirito sono personificate, la persona fisica (Gesù) è resa invece col simbolo astratto del sole.
