Description Trent Bridge, Nottingham, England. The bridge was designed by engineer Marriott Ogle Tarbotton (1834-1887) and built 1868–1871. Ironwork by Andrew Handyside of Derby. All stone carving by Charles Mawer, except the coats of arms which are by Thomas Close.
