Português: A dispersão de melanossomos de longo alcance ocorre via transporte por cinesina ao longo dos microtúbulos. Depois de atingir a periferia celular, os melanossomas são transportados ao longo de filamentos de actina orientados aleatoriamente por proteínas motoras de miosina. (B) A agregação dos melanossomas ocorre via microtúbulos, mas, ao contrário da dispersão pigmentar, ocorre com o auxílio de motores moleculares da dineína.
Español: La dispersión de melanosomas de largo alcance ocurre via transporte por cinesina a lo largo de los microtúbulos. Depués de alcanzar la periferia celular, los melanosomas son transportados a lo largo de filamentos de actina orientados aleatoriamente por proteínas motoras de miosina. (B) La agregación de los melanosomas ocurre via microtúbulos, pero, al contrario que la dispersión pigmentaria, ocurre con la ayuda de motores moleculares da dineína. |
