Description
English: Trajan's Kiosk is one of the most popular Ancient Egyptian buildings with foreign tourists. This elegant kiosk was originally situated at Philae in Upper Egypt and is widely considered to be one of the most beautiful of Egypt's numerous architectural monuments. Dating to the Roman period of rule in Egypt, it is believed to have been erected by Emperor Trajan. This kiosk is today located on Agilika Island.
