The following is the author's description of the photograph quoted directly from the photograph's Flickr page. "U.S. Army Capt. Kevin Mercer, the officer in charge of the 205th Corps Training Team, observes as an Afghan National Army trainer adjustes the site on an M-16 rifle in Kandahar, Afghanistan, Jan. 23, 2008. The trainers will qualify with the M-16 rifle then assist with the issue of M-16s to Afghan soldiers of the 205th Corps.
