Description
English: Officer Raphael Montague, a military police officer with the Provost Marshal’s Office at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., measures a dummy’s distance from the curb during the Traffic Collision Investigation Course aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Sept. 11. Students investigate accidents by observing the evidence, drawing diagrams and sketches of the scene, then incorporate the information they collected with math formulas to determine a driver’s minimum speed, which helps them build a case for the commanding officer.
