Description
Español: Traída de aguas del Lozoya. Óleo sobre lienzo, 70 x 90 cm. Lucas pintó hacia 1858, esta escena nocturna de la apertura de la fuente de la calle Ancha de San Bernardo, el día 24 de junio de 1858, en la inauguración del Canal de Isabel II. Bocetadas se distinguenː la iglesia de Montserrat de Pedro de Rivera, la mole del convento de las Salesas Nuevas y otras casas de la calle San Bernardo. Lucas hizo tres versiones, esta figura en colección particular y es gemela de la del Museo Nacional del Romanticismo (Madrid).
