[edit]DescriptionTouring car in front of Seattle Times building in 1910s.jpg |
English: E.J. Davis and E. Edward Reed pose in front of the Seattle Times offices at 1402 2nd Ave., Seattle, Washington after driving from Chicago to Seattle on October 7, 1912. The car is described in an article from the Seattle Times as a "Davis Special". This particular appearance of the cityscape would have been brief: the Bon Marché building seen in reflection was built in 1912, and the Times got a new building in 1916. |
