Description

A quick peek at Toronto on a hectic day in June 1979. CN Tower area. Looking towards the skyscrapers of Queens Quay West. I suspect that the chimneys of the power station to be seen in this shot were once considered very high in the history of Toronto? Check out photograph 'CN Tower - 37,' to see how times have changed. Incidently, I believe that since this picture was taken the old power station has since been demolished. Two Canadian National (VIA) coaches sit on CN metals nearest the camera, while furher away Canadian Pacific rolling stock can be glimpsed on CP trackwork.

Camera: Olympus Pen F Half Frame SLR.
