Coat of arms for the municipality of Tingvoll (kommune), Norway, made by Alvhild Ulset and approved by the Norwegian cabinet september 7th 1984. It shows five green oak-leaves on a silvery bottom. The five leaves symbolises the five parts of the municipality; Tingvoll, Straumsnes, Gyl, Torjulvågen og Meisingset.
