This is a retouched picture, which means that it has been digitally altered from its original version. Modifications: In Russia, after DST +1 hour advancing at 02:00 local winter time on the last Sunday in March 2011, time will not be changed back in autumn, "making DST permanent all the year round" and effectivety anvancing all time zones +1 hour along with cancelling DST observation..
