Summary
[edit]DescriptionTibet - Trek 2 - 08 Leten Village (4398430232).jpg |
Trekking 3 days from Tsurpu Monastery to Yangpachen Monastery. The tiny and desolate village of Leten that we encountered as we trekked from Tsurpu Monastery to Yangpachen. We stayed a night here with one of the villagers in their house. At 5105m, this is one of the highest permanent settlements in the world, braving the severe climate with their livestock. |
