Русский: Снимок, сделанный с помощью растрового электронного микроскопа, На снимке две тонкие металлические плёнки толщиной несколько десятков нанометров, наползающие друг на друга. Плёнки нанесены на поверхность с помощью вакуумного термического распыления. Напылению каждой из плёнок предшествовала элетронно-лучевая литография. English: Scanning electron microscope image of two overlapping thin metal films. Thickness of this films is approximately several tens of nanometer. They were deposited using thermal vacuum evaporation. Geometry of the resulting films were also defined by electron-beam lithography. A double edge of the underlaying layer is obtained using shadow mask evaporation technique (see for example here http://www.iue.tuwien.ac.at/phd/wasshuber/node51.html).
