La fève de cacao, également appelée fève de cacao, [1] cacao (/koʊ.koʊ/), et cacao (/ kəkaʊ /), est la graine séchée et entièrement fermentée de Theobroma cacao, à partir de laquelle les graines de cacao et graisse, le beurre de cacao peut être extrait.
