English: The summit ridge on Whernside in the snow Approaching the Whernside trig point along the summit ridge in snow. For a few hours on the day the weather conditions were perfect, but the depth of the drifts indicate what the conditions had been like over Easter. Ingleborough, to the left, is also wearing a winter coat. |
