JUST acrossthe Ohio river from Wheeling, W. Va.,are three or four of the liveliest little towns in thegreat commonwealth of Ohio. They are by name,Bellaire, Bridgeport. Aetnaville, West Wheeling andMartins Ferry. They are no more three little towns, butrather one large interdependent and intercommunicatedmunicipality, by the grace of the Bellaire, Bridgeport &Martins Ferry Electric Railway.
