Description
English: The arms of Sir William Patten William Patten was a C16 historian or chronicler and teller of the English exchequer. He was granted the lease of the manor of Stoke Newington and rebuilt the (old) church, which is where this stone tablet can be seen. The motto "Prospice" means "Look Forward".
