Cohen.The election was one of the most surprisingand exciting ever held by a New York club.Unexpected opposition to the regular nomineefor president developed while the vote wasbeing polled, and when the ballots were countedit was found that he had been defeated, and J.Post, Jr., elected against his will. Mr. Postresolutely declined to serve.
