The road is to be constructed of 85-lb.A. S. C. E. T. rail in 6o-ft lengths, laidon white oak ties, on a roadbed ballastedwith gravel and crushed stone, withgrades and curves which will permit ofschedule speeds approximating 25 to 30miles per hour. The road will be double track throughout itslength. In all cases the location of the routes will be abovethe highest recorded high-water mark. For financial and operating convenience the 50-mile routewill be built in three sections.
