Русский: Портрет русского историка В. Н. Татищева (1686-1750), выполненный на основе гравюры XVIII века (автор Алексей Агапович Осипов (1787—1850)). Фоновый рисунок — миниатюра из рукописи XVIII века «Никита Зотов обучает Петра I разным наукам». Тип II — короткий хвостик у нижней черты буквы «К» в номинале. Тип II встречается только на марках с фиктивным гашением, выполненным типографским способом, которые, по сути, представляют собой самостоятельный выпуск.
English: Portrait of Russian Historian Vasily Tatishchev (1686-1750). Miniature from the manuscript of the XVIII century 'Nikita Zotov teaches Peter the Great various sciences'. Type II is a short tail at the bottom of the letter "K" in the face value. Type II exist only on CTO stamps with typographical imprint, in fact, represent an independent issue. |
