Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Midland line at Niffany. Looking south-east from the level crossing 1391228. The Leeds-Liverpool canal runs parallel to the railway to the left of the photo, and the A6069 (formerly the A59) to the right, emphasising how important this transport corridor is (nearby Gargrave being the lowest crossing point of the Pennine watershed).
