Description
English: The Entrance to Pikedaw Calamine Caverns. The Caverns were discovered when zinc carbonate (calamine) was mined from Pikedaw Hill in the late 18th and early 19th centuries and they are now accessible through the abandoned mineshaft, the shaft is approx.65 feet deep.
