Summary
[edit]DescriptionThe Carse from Carse Wood - geograph.org.uk - 268520.jpg |
English: The Carse from Carse Wood The Carse - an area of fairly flat but uneven ground is a post-glacial raised beach. The old cliff line which was cut into the boulder clay deposits can be seen as the steep slope in the distance. Wester Delnies lies in the wooded area above that old cliffline (to the right of centre on the horizon). |
