Description
English: iss072e157843 (Nov. 11, 2024) --- The Canadarm2 robotic arm with its fine-tuned robotic hand Dextre, or the Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator, attached is pictured after maneuvering and installing scientific hardware on the International Space Station. Dextre is remotely operated by robotics controllers on the ground providing precise handling capabilities reducing the need for spacewalks giving astronauts more time to conduct science.
