The Flow System

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Flow System (developed by John Turner, Ph.D., Nigel Thurlow, Brian 'Ponch' Rivera) is a system of understanding for organizations to navigate today's complex environment. The Flow System begins and ends with Customer 1st Values. Flow is achieved through the integration of the three helixes of complexity thinking, distributed leadership, and team science. This integration is called the Triple Helix of Flow and is presented as the DNA of organizations.
