Description
English: That Decauville Car
Date Apr. -June 1904
Source

Motor age. v. 5 (Apr. -June 1904)

MOTOR AGE

16-18 H. P., 4-Cylinder Decauville.

That Decauville Car

Has many exclusive and original features.

The steel pan, which supports and protects the entire mechanism from mud, water and dust, makes the Decauville the most desirable car on the market for American roads. The Decauville rear axle construction combines all the advantages of the fixed axle and the live axle, and avoids their disadvantages. The Decauville rear wheels run on a heavy, fixed rear axle. Decauville reliability is unquestionable.

A Decauville ran 1,000 miles without a stop in 1901. That's an old story with us. Edinburgh to London, over 400 miles, without a single stop is another official record. Note the Decauville form of guarantee. Decauville quality makes this possible.
