Deutsch: Vorderseite: Reiter mit flachem Helm (Kappe), Schild und Fahne nach rechts. Über der Pferdekruppe ein Rad.

Kommentar: Dieser Beischlag zu den Brakteaten der königlichen Münzstätte Mühlhausen läßt sich wegen des Rades hypothetisch den Herren von Treffurt zuweisen. Auch die Herren von Schlotheim sind vorgeschlagen worden. Das Zeichen im Schild ist als Schafschere aufgefaßt worden, womit sich ein deutlicher Bezug zu den Herren von Schlotheim ergäbe.
