Description
English: Tazuda Castle is located on top of Mount Gurugou in the Nador region in the countryside at an altitude of 600 meters. In Tamazight, the word “Tazuda” is the plural of Thazatta, pronounced Thizotha, which is the thorny sidra plant, which was used as a fence to prevent the enemy from climbing the “Afray” reed, as it is called in the Amazigh Zenat.
العربية: تقع قلعة تازودا على قمة جبل غوروغو في منطقة الناظور في الريف على ارتفاع 600 متر. في اللغة الأمازيغية، كلمة "طازودا" هي جمع "ثازاتا"، والتي تُنطق "ثيزوثا"، وهي نبات السدرة الشوكي، الذي كان يستخدم كحاجز لمنع العدو من تسلق القصب المعروف بـ"أفراي" في اللغة الأمازيغية الزناتية.
Français : Le château de Tazuda est situé au sommet du mont Gourougou dans la région de Nador, en pleine campagne, à une altitude de 600 mètres. En tamazight, le mot "Tazuda" est le pluriel de Thazatta, prononcé Thizotha, qui est le plant de sidra épineux, utilisé comme clôture pour empêcher l'ennemi de grimper sur le roseau "Afray", comme on l'appelle en amazigh zénète.
