English: Model tank, made in France during WW1 by a German POW using driving bands, shell casing etc; and acquired from him by Private Carl Moon (as a gift or as a purchase). tank attached to wooden base; copper plaque on base inscribed- France 1919; tank is in shape of British WW1 tank, tread is made from driving bands and the tank has two guns on one side, and small 'turret' on top
