Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Lack of TN-C-S system.
  • As a matter of fact, it is the same TN-C system, but modified little, cause joining is made somewhere near consumer.
    • Where is the dodge?
    • -As the rule, it is quite expensive for energy companies to stretch separately PE wire from substation to the buildings (TN-S), so they combine PE and zero to one wire named "PEN-conductor" till buildings.
    • As the result, energy companies accuse fault to others, who damages the cable. This step exempts energy companies from responsibility legal and economical. But such wiring way is mechanically weak for works related to digging and danger for consumers.
    • Using lack of knowledges about electricity in society, energy companies prove their innocence easy related to accidents using TN-C-S.
