crnoglava grmuša Opis vrste D.t. 13–15 cm. Rasprostranjena na gotovo celom evropskom kontinentu i u umerenom delu zapadne Azije (do Zapadnosibirske nizije). Osim populacija sa juga i zapada Evrope, selica je. Migratorne populacije zimuju u podsaharskoj Africi. Staništa su joj različite šume i mozaični predeli sa gustom žbunastom vegetacijom, parkovi, vrtovi, voćnjaci i živice. Gnezda smešta na žbunovima i grmovima. Hrani se uglavnom insektima i paucima, dok za vreme seobe rado jede bobičaste plodove. Evropska populacija blago raste. U Srbiji predstavlja jednu od najbrojnijih vrsta ptica čija populacija broji 900.000–1.200.000 parova i u blagom je porastu (Puzović et al 2009).
