Oudh Punch 45h August 1881

Shows Syed Ahmed Khan Bahadur the reformer as a snakercharmer. He plays the tonbi (snake-charmer's flute/pipe) with Haji Mohammed Ismail Khan written on it. Ismail Khan was a landlord in Datauli in Aligarh. Snakes with the word "chundah" (subscriptions) are flocking to the music.
