English: World War I Memorial at the churchyard of the Protestant St Stephen's Church (St.-Stephanus-Kirche) in Swantow, district of Poseritz, Landkreis Vorpommern-Rügen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. The war memorial and the churchyard are listed cultural heritage monuments.
