I vilda eller sÃ¥ kallade En-gelska planteringar är busken ocksÃ¥ förträfflig, sÃ¥ väl förrikheten af bladen som för deras lukt, hvilken liknar nästanden nf mogna Astrakaner, och sprides äfven pÃ¥ längre hÃ¥ll,särdeles dÃ¥ busken vidröres, eller sedan regn nyligen fallit. I trädgÃ¥rdarne träffas stundom bland blomsterbuskarnaen afart med dubbla blommor, hvilken fortplantas genomskott och afläggningar. Tab. En blommande qvist af Neglantyr-Rosen, i nar. storlek. a. Ett nästan moget Nypon, inÃ¥t. st. â c. Etr, smÃ¥blad , nÃ¥got större gjordt, sedt pÃ¥ afviga sidan.â b. ettlitet segment af bladet med insÃ¥gningarne och körtlarne ikanten. â¢) Rosa lutea. nu Ror (orätt Eglanteria kallad) tydligen skild genomtaagarnes och smÃ¥bladens skapnad, äfven sÃ¥ fruktens, att förtiga blom-mans utmärkta färg. â PÃ¥ vÃ¥r R. Eglanteria förekommer en figur iFl. dan. t. 878. under namn af R. svavifolia, men synes oss mindrelyckligt träffad.
