Description Animation of surface diffusion in the chemical diffusion regime. As is dictated by Fick's law, diffusion occurs with flux in the opposite direction of the concentration gradient. Not to scale on a time or spatial basis. Animation is a series of 223 images prepared using storyboard from Microsoft Powerpoint 2007. Images refreshed at 6/100 second splits.
