Description
English: Close-up view of a sunflower, Helianthus annuus capitulum showing the disc florets. From the center of the flower head, inflorescence of small disc florets emerge in a spiral fashion followed by the larger yellow ray florets- parts of which are seen at the edges of the picture above. In the center of the flower seen above is a lepidopteran larva.
