English: Entrance to the Sunbrick burial ground for the Religious Society of Friends. It is situated on Birkrigg common, around 2 or 3 miles away from Swarthmoor Hall. It was used between 1654 and 1767 to bury 227 Friends, and was the resting place of George Fox's wife, Margaret. A small plaque gives details of this. All graves are unmarked.
