Description
English: Distance Measuring Equipment, an air navigation device in airplane cockpits. DME signal station is combined with VOR stations. As you see, this airplane is 92.4 nautical miles far from the station, the radial speed component is 180 knots, with this speed the station would be reached in 31 minutes. This instrument does not indicate the heading and path of the airplane.
