In defining MEPCO’s strategic goals and objectives, the business plan will identify key activities required to meet them. PDP continued its series of workshops for senior management that were designed to educate and instruct on the development of a business plan’s strategic objectives and goals. Through a series of workshops at Lahore University of Management Sciences, senior and middle management is being informed on the importance of the initiative along with given the necessary tools to facilitate the development and implementation of the business plan. |
